鈥淭he White Paper commits to further proposals for the reform of adult social care later this year and acknowledges demographic changes where a larger workforce will need support to develop their skills and knowledge. We will be using the work we are doing with the sector on workforce planning, effective leadership and use of the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS) to make sure the development needs of the workforce are fully considered as we think about what a post pandemic sector will look like."
